Receiving a Parcel
Unfortunately we do not do a
timed delivery service. Parcels requiring a Proof of Delivery signature will
not allowed to be left and must be signed for in person.
Unfortunately not at this
time, but we are working on a solution for this.
GS Corp provides with a
tracking number. Contact us with this number and we will do the rest. We cannot
track parcels based on Names, Addresses or phone numbers. If you don’t have a
tracking number please contact your supplier.
We delivery across all 9
provinces in South Africa. Contact us for more information.
In some cases if you're
unable to sign for your parcel, we're able to leave the parcel in a secure
place at your address without a signature. Before we can do this, you’ll
need to authorise and let us know. Ensure you specify a safe and secure place
for this to be done.
If your parcel arrives
damaged, you should contact us immediately and let us know and we will advise
you of the next steps.
If your parcel hasn't
arrived, contact us immediately with your tracking number and we will sort it
out.
Sending a Parcel
We’re unable to accept dangerous
goods, as per our Conditions of carriage.
What are dangerous goods?
Dangerous goods are goods that
are dangerous, flammable, explosive, volatile, offensive or are of a damaging
nature in the eyes of the GS Corp. Usually dangerous goods have a dangerous
good label or diamond on them.
Restrictions also apply to
certain types of goods we carry.
Unfortunately we can't
deliver a parcel at a specific time, apologies for any inconvenience.
Yes you can! We offer
competitive rates for sending parcels internationally. Additional charges apply
to this delivery due to the nature of the service offered. Contact us for more
details.
The delivery time depends on
what region you're sending to as well as the delivery choice as per our service
offerings.
We know how important it is that
your parcel arrives safely and undamaged. Packaging items carefully gets them
off to a good start.
Choose a good quality box
A double walled box, especially
for deliveries that contain fragile items, secured appropriately is best.
Choose the right sized box
Boxes that are too small could
mean the contents get lost. Boxes that are too large are likely to collapse if
another parcel is placed on top of it during delivery.
Protect your items
Bubble wrap, packing peanuts,
foam and newspaper can all be used to protect your items.
Wrap each item in the box
individually
When sending multiple items
within one box it’s recommended that each item is wrapped individually. This
offers better protection for your items and reduces movement.
Seal the parcel with packing tape
Seal all open edges of the parcel
with wide parcel tape on both the top and bottom of your package to ensure it
doesn’t open during transit.
Labeling your parcel
Always use clear, accurate
address labels on your parcels
If you've missed the pick-up
time, you can call us to arrange collection for the next delivery cycle.
Can't you just quickly rush back
and pick up my parcel?
Unfortunately generally we can't
do this because our couriers operate on a timetable . If we went back we'd be
late for the next customer. Apologies for any inconvenience, but this is the
way we reduce our costs to provide our great low prices to you.

Pricing
Our pricing structure is
completely transparent. We don't have any hidden fees or charges.

quick and no obligation way for you to find out about our prices. It compares
the cost of your current courier supplier against GS Corps's competitive
prices.
